For apartment buildings and commercial properties, Buderus has created the Logamax plus GB162, which meets all the requirements for designing a heating system.

Innovative technologies

The ALU plus technology ensures maximum heat transfer and reduces the risk of heat exchanger fouling thanks to its special geometry and surface polymerisation. The ETA plus and FLOW plus technologies are responsible for the coordinated operation and modulation of the burner and energy-efficient pump for optimal power adaptation and efficient boiler operation.

Technical perfection of components

Every technical detail of the boiler is designed to maximise the benefits of condensing technology. All elements of the condensing heat exchanger are made of aluminium-silicon alloy by Buderus. This material combines low weight, excellent thermal conductivity, absolute reliability and a long service life.

For maximum efficiency

With the Logamatic 5000 or Logamatic EMS Plus control system, all components of the heating system can be controlled efficiently and intelligently. This makes the Logamax plus GB162 boiler a great option for new construction and/or renovation of existing heating systems, for apartment buildings and large commercial buildings.
